Parker's Motel is located in the heart of the White Mountains right next to Franconia Notch State Park and the Flume. We are a small family run business. Parker's Motel has 24 clean comfortable motel units that accommodate 2-6 people and 2 and 3 bedroom units with kitchens that sleep up to 7 people.

Directions to Parker's Motel

From Southern NH. Take Interstate 93 North to Exit 33. Turn right onto Route 3 -- We are 2 miles on right.

From Southern Vermont. Take Interstate 91 North to Wells River, VT. Follow Route 302 to Woodsville, NH. Pick up Route 112 to North Woodstock, NH. Turn left onto Route 3. We are 4.5 miles north of the intersection of Routes 112 and 3.

From Northern NH and Canada. Follow Route 93 South. Take Parkway Exit 34A. Turn right onto Route 3 -- We are the first motel on left.
